Terms of Use

Last updated: May 15, 2026

These are the terms that govern your use of Qudurati ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

The licence

Qudurati is licensed — not sold — to you. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You may install and use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Acceptable use

You may use Qudurati for any lawful purpose. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the app.
  • Use the app to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Your content

Anything you create inside Qudurati — entries, photos, notes — belongs to you. We never see it (see the Privacy Policy) and we make no claim over it.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Because everything is stored locally, deleting the app deletes your data with it.

Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and refunds

If Qudurati offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those are billed by Apple under your Apple ID. Manage and cancel from Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No warranty

Qudurati is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use of the app is at your own risk. We don't promise it will always work, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Qudurati, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
