Where is my data?
Entirely on your device. muslim does not use a server. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I back up my data?
Use the built-in encrypted export. You choose where the file goes — iCloud Drive, a USB drive, or another secure location.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Install muslim on the new device, then import the encrypted export you made earlier.
I lost my data. Can you recover it?
We're sorry — because nothing is stored on our servers, we have nothing to recover from. This is the same trade-off that makes the app private. Always keep a recent encrypted export.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the App Store app → tap your photo → Subscriptions → muslim. Apple handles all billing.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
